When Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Luke’s acquired another office location, we were their choice for project architect and interior designer for the new space. We were involved from conceptual design to construction completion. We worked with Pemco Dental to create an efficient design in a unique shaped building. In the Design Development Phase, we designed the public spaces of the suite, from the new wood paneled lobby entrance to the reception area and Patient Payment area. We also designed the private offices and service areas for this location. We hand-selected the artist, Kevin Von Holt to create art work for the walls and selected and coordinated the furniture specifications. We were involved through out the project construction phase guaranteeing that the design was built to specification. We represented the client by attending regular construction meetings and weekly site visits and following up with meeting minutes. We created a warm and inviting palette obtaining the goals set by the client.
